SA Construction Group LLP founded and commissioned a plant for the production of concrete products and ready-mixed concrete. The plant is located in Atyrau region, 1.5 km from the New Tengiz rotational camp and covers an area of ​​9 hectares.

The plant for the production of concrete products and ready-mixed concrete has a separate access road. The territory of the plant is fenced, lightened around the area and is under the CCTV monitoring for 24 hours

Our plant includes a concrete mixing unit, a workshop for the production of paving slabs and curbstone, a workshop for the production of concrete products (reinforced concrete products), a warehouse for the storage of chemical additives, a warehouse for the storage of inert materials, a motor-truck scale and a laboratory.

The concrete-mixing unit used at the plant was produced by the Turkish company “BOZDAG” and works with a production capacity of 120 m3 per hour, and also has an automatic control system.

Workshop for the production of paving slabs uses an equipment of the Russian production company «Refey Buran ». The production capacity of this equipment is 800 m2 per day.

A motor-truck scales in the factory have electronic control. Various monitors can be connected to the scales to output information: the total weight of the vehicle, vehicle numbers, axle load data, a general report for a certain period of time, etc. Video cameras on the scales record and register each entry of the car to the platform.

All inert materials, cement for the production of ready-mixed concrete and concrete products is purchased from the best manufacturers and imported from the quarries of the Aktobe region.

The quality and conformity of our products on an ongoing basis is confirmed by an independent laboratory. For each batch of products issued a quality passport. Ready-mixed concrete and all reinforced concrete products have a certificate of compliance.

The plant sold its products to many construction companies of the Tengiz oil and gas field, such as: «Invest-Express» LLP, «AtyrauEnergoTrest» LLP, «ZapElectroProm» LLP, «Velesstroy» LTD, «Rectonstroy LTD» LLP. While development of territory of the Yuzhniy Tengiz camp, Brown Village and part of the territory of the New Tengiz, paving slabs and curbs of our production were used. This undoubtedly indicates the quality of our products, since the requirements for the material and work in general, which are made by Tengizchevroil, are very high.
