The Kazakhstan Amateur Triathlon Federation, together with “SA Construction Group”,
has initiated a European sports movement, joining together experienced professional athletes, businessmen inspired by the idea of a healthy lifestyle and and fans of outdoor activities.
The initiative to create a public association is to popularize and develop the triathlon in Kazakhstan as an instrument for improving and reviving the culture of mass sports, which has a positive impact on the development of tourism and sporting achievements in our country. Many participants of the Almaty Triathlon 2015 first sat on sports bicycles, some never took part in competitions, but suddenly accidentally found out about the event, passed the distance, and, most likely, already contracted it forever. Amateur sport in Kazakhstan is gaining momentum.
Almaty Triathlon 2015 started at 8am in the Olympic Training Center of the Alatau district for men and women of all age categories at the distances.
About 150 people from different parts of our country, guests from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and foreign sports enthusiasts participated in the competition.
Such events are actively supported by the Akimat of Almaty city, helping to solve organizational problems in every way possible.
The kids_lifePart of all the funds collected for the participation and conduct of Almaty Triathlon-2015 will be transferred to the charity fund “Mercy”.
The following year, the SA Construction Group Company plans to continue to support the development of amateur sports and hold 12 events in Almaty and Astana. Every year the number of people involved in sports is growing. And our team is ready to step up the pace of its development, to increase the speed and, finally, to win at international competitions. For the Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan to sound, and our flag was hoisted in honor of Kazakh athletes, so the succession of experience by the young generation would follow, and a healthy lifestyle and participation in sporting events would become a life standard for the citizens.
