The 16 of December is a special day for Kazakhstanis. It is the very day of 1991when the Republic of Kazakhstan gained the independent status. It is the 14th celebration this year. The state has reached many goals for these years and has shown itself in a positive way to the world, Bnews.kz journalist says.
For the years of independence, Kazakhstan has become well-known at the global stage and is taking an honourable place. EAEU established under the Head of State, Nursultan Nazarbayev’s, initiative is successfully working and being developed, the list of partner countries is increasing, more and more direct foreign investments are attracted every year, new conditions for development of business, science, and other areas are being created.
Kazakhstan has taken the 42 place in the Global Competitiveness Index of WEF countries this year. Our country has thus improved its rank 8 points. It may be called a big achievement, a result of effective work performed during the whole time of the country’s independence.
“Our main value is the country’s independence”, Nursultan Nazarbayev, the head of State noted in his recent interview to state channels. “And the integration is associated with economic interests and our efforts to create favourable conditions for trade with other countries”.
Many cities of Kazakhstan have sites representing sovereignty and freedom, so called monuments of independence capable to personalize our history. The first thing their authors tried to show through the structure details is the unity of the people. The Kazakh Eli Monument beautifying the place in front of the Palace of Independent has a strongly deep meaning .
Notwithstanding its young age, the Republic of Kazakhstan has reached many heights and is aimed further, to its main victories.
