The memorandum of cooperation is signed

«SA Construction Group» company is working on implementation of the smart lighting system and the visual navigation system «Smart City» in Atyrau oblast and Turkestan accordingly.

On the 23rd of September, 2019 there was signed the Memorandum of Cooperation between «SA Construction Group» LLP and the Turkestan Akimat. The main idea of the Memorandum is cooperation in lighting and digitalization of Turkestan streets.

Project implementation is planned in the framework of public and private partnership which will allow following:

To complete a full reconstruction of city electric lighting with no burden on the budget;
To certify all facilities of electric lighting in the framework of digitalization;
To provide savings of up to 60% in street lighting cost;
To increase safety for city road users, including pedestrians;
To provide with centralized and local control of grouped and individual lamps.

There is also provided an integration into the «Smart City» system. The main idea of this Project is creation of a general city-wide color-dynamic information environment with fundamentally new features of centralized intellectual control.

The «Smart City» technology will allow:

to organize an information support for road users which includes providing with useful operational information in order to optimize travel routes which will systemize and steamine traffic flows;
to provide a full city coverage with operational and regulated information;
to optimize and increase an efficiency of time spent by city guest for a comfortable staying in the city;
to create a unified informationally navigated environment of the city;
to form a single light coloristic style of the city.

The formation of a general city-wide color-dynamic information environment with a centralized control – is a new solution in world practice. Such a network serves as a provider of city-wide news, important social videos to the city population and also as an ability to create a favorable psychological climate in urban space both on work days and holidays.
